Prices listed below are estimates and can change, depending on individula needs.
Prices are correct as of January 2007.

• Standard sizes- 1 floor -6 1/2 logs high- all sizes avaliable
  all examples include front porch post and beams.
• Spikes, bolts, alignments rods, weather-stripping, pole-barn nails, 2x6 window and door jambs, included with every package.
• Travel and gas expenses will be additional- according to mileage to site.
• Delivery outside 50 miles will be extra- forklift must be provided by buyer to unload truck if needed.
• We prefer to erect logs to allow for proper settling.
• All floor plans are custom- drafting service avaliable.
• Homes with upstairs require 7 logs high with main beams, ceiling joist and steps figured separately.
• Any quoted price good for 30 days.
• Prices subject to change according to current lumber prices.
• 5% off log price if paid up front.
• "Turnkey" construction is available.

Since the Majority of our homes are designed by the customer, a full price list is not available.  However, we have several plans available or we can assist your in designing your dream cabin.

We offer free estimages on any plan.  A drafting service is available to help bring any ideas you have to reality.  Free consulation is offered from start to finish of your home.
